Once upon a time, I stumbled across a post on Paper Darts titled Doodle Therapy. I fell in love with Paper Darts that day, but also with the idea that doodling had therapeutic value, and I decided to try it. For a week, that turned into a month, that turned into a year and counting, I gave myself over to the practice of doodling. I’ve got a whole beautiful, complicated theory about why doodling is good for you, but the most important thing is, it’s fun and freeing.
