I’ve been thinking maybe Caption This Friday has run its course. The number of people captioning has been dropping, as has the number of views on Fridays (not that I worry about such things.) ;-)
So for today, here’s what we’ll do. I’ll give you a picture you can caption, and I’ll ask a question. What if Fridays were just a fun day on Zebra Sounds? It could sometimes be Caption This, but other things too. I could save my sillier posts till the end of the week.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Hmm. I am not sure how I feel about that, but . . . . let me see.
I think I will miss caption this, but I understand that you feel the need for a change. So I am behind you 100%. Uh, that is in case anyone is throwing something . . . .tee hee! No, I’m kidding. I am behind you or besides you, wherever need be, I got my pom poms and I will cheer on whatever Friday brings. I was never any good at Caption This anyway so . . .
I can’t think of a darn thing for this. Except maybe:
Puggy eyes the ball suspiciously. As he thinks, “Looks like a ball, but doesn’t smell like a ball. Can I trust it to be a ball?”
Sigh, yeah, no good. I look forward to “Fun Friday!”
I don’t know why you think you’re not good at this. You’re very funny. I might say LOL funny… if I weren’t so opposed to using that acronym. Thank you for your support! *hug*

{{I often don’t caption cuz everyone before me did such an amazing job! And I’m not good at it. I don’t like to do things I’m not good at (HehHeh) so I’d be quite happy to see other silly things here on Fridays, too. Because you know everything in the universe is centered around me. ;P }}
I did notice that the center of the universe had seemed to shift away from me recently… now I know who to blame!
You could try toilet humour on Turdsday?

I like Caption This too though and like you’ve said, I hope you won’t entirely cut the off of your posting schedule.

When no one was around, Rex would practice his “doggin” technique on fruits or vegetables.
You can always do something else and caption this as well.
I was trying to come up with a new idea called Capture Friday, but only if I did not fear incarceration from human authority figures.
Or a “Caption This” when I have an irresistible photo. (Like this one.)

I love caption this, but whatever you do is a-ok with me.
I have a suggestion for fridays.
I think you should take a life size poster photo of yourself.
Then tear it up like a puzzle.
Once a week post a piece for us to print out until we have all the parts and can assemble our own life size j for wall art writing inspiration.
What do you think?

I’m new here but what great ideas! I think I’ll take a shot at captioning, if I may – {An unusual ultimatum…} Not as good as some of the others, but I’ll get better. Also, I like the idea of a fun Friday or even the silver posts to make Friday a special day – all winners to me!!! Have a great weekend…

I’m late to the party. I found your website while searching for fellow bloggers who hold weekly caption contests.
I’d love for the caption contest to stay, personally.
But, I’m also intrigued by what else Fun Friday could entail.
So, I’ll likely be back on Friday, either way.
